So, how much will your dream wedding stationery cost? And where do you start?
I know choosing the right stationery for you can feel a little overwhelming so below are a few examples of the ‘must haves’ for your wedding suite.

At Etta Ray Design, pricing is calculated based on the size of your stationery and the card stock you choose.

There are three sizes available:
4x6 inches (typically used for Save The Dates and RSVPs)
5x7 inches (typically used for Invitations)
148mm squared (typically used for Save The Dates or Invitations)

There are two card types to choose from:
Standard Card 270gsm (available in a variety of colours)
Luxury G.F Smith Colorplan Card 270gsm (available in a variety of colours)

(Please note: All card stock and paper used at Etta Ray Design is FSC Certified, meaning it is sustainable and environmentally conscious.)

Below pricing is listed for semi-custom collections. Any bespoke stationery will be at an individual cost.

The prices above are inclusive of a double-sided invitation, with details printed on the reverse and a white envelope.

Double-sided printing is not only much more cost effective for you but is also environmentally friendly.
Standard details that fit comfortably on the invitation include: accommodation, gifts and RSVP information.
If you wish to print single-sided please note that pricing will differ.

Coloured envelopes are available at an additional cost of £5 per 50 envelopes.

All pricing is based on a digital print using black ink.
For darker coloured card, white ink printing would be required and this would come at an additional charge.

Should you wish to include a venue illustration on your wedding stationery, this will be an additional stand-alone cost of £40.
If I already have an existing illustration of your venue, then the added cost will only be £20.

FAQs

  • Remember not every guest needs an invitation. Think about the households that need them instead. For example, if your wedding guest list is 120, you won’t be needing 120 invitations. If you think about the households you are inviting, your actual number of invitations may only need to be around 55.

  • As a rule of thumb, most Save The Dates are sent between 12-18 months before your big day.

    Wedding Invitations can then be between 6-9 months of your nuptials.

    If you have chosen not to send Save The Dates, then I suggest you send your invitations a little earlier, perhaps 9-12 months before the event. That way guests can ensure they can attend.

    All orders require a 50% deposit to secure the booking, regardless of the timeframe. This is to ensure you have a place in my diary and believe me even my 2025 diary is filling up fast!
    The further 50% will only be requested after final proofing has taken place and your stationery is ready to be sent to print.
